Description
To date, only 30% of patients who need cardiac rehabilitation have access to it, due to limited availability in healthcare facilities, geographic distance from rehabilitation centers, or personal and professional constraints.
With Ensweet Cardio, Ensweet aims to make cardiac rehabilitation accessible to all. Ensweet Cardio includes a web-based interface for healthcare professionals, allowing them to prescribe adapted physical activity (APA) sessions and conduct e-ETP sessions. The platform also enables personalized program adjustments and adherence monitoring.
Patients access their program through a mobile app, which connects to a heart rate sensor they wear during their APA sessions
