Image rights

Each participant at the Tech4Health Fair, including exhibitors, authorizes the company QUINZE MAI (SASU WITH A CAPITAL OF 3,070,884.00 Euros - RCS NANTERRE 302 382 858 - 42, rue Barbès - 92240 MONTROUGE) hereinafter referred to as "QUINZE MAI", its partners and assignees:

• To record my image and/or voice for reproduction and use in photos, on film, video tape, or other media, for sound, sound and visual, or visual reproduction and use (hereinafter the "Recordings").
• To broadcast my image and/or voice and to use or assign the use of the Recordings to a third party, the Recordings on any media worldwide, in French and any other language, without any restriction or limitation, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, particularly for the promotion of QUINZE MAI, on one or more occasions.

Further acknowledges that QUINZE MAI owns and will own all literary and artistic property rights of the mentioned Recordings for a maximum duration of 3 years.

In this respect, I expressly agree that:

• The images may be subject to cuts, edits, and adjustments required by technical and artistic needs in accordance with industry standards.
• The distinctive marks and logos of QUINZE MAI may be embedded on the screen during broadcast, or any other sponsor accredited by QUINZE MAI, and I therefore waive any claims in this regard.
• The Recordings may be multi-broadcasted by QUINZE MAI, its partners, and assignees.
• The Recordings may be used digitally and by phone and made available worldwide on the website of QUINZE MAI, its Fairs, or the website of its partners and assignees.

Fully informed and expressly agrees that:

• By "multi-broadcast," it is understood that QUINZE MAI may broadcast one or more times by any means of television broadcast, whether clear or encrypted (via airwaves, cables, satellites, etc.).
• The multi-broadcasted Recordings may be simultaneously or delayed rebroadcasted; and in full, through satellite television services and/or distributors chosen by QUINZE MAI or any other French or foreign television channel, and communicated to the public.
• The authorization thus granted covers the reproduction and representation of images and sounds of my image in the Recordings, together or separately, in full or in part, on any medium and for the uses defined above, without any obligation of broadcast.

Guarantees peaceful exercise of the rights granted and assigned to QUINZE MAI.This authorization is granted free of charge to QUINZE MAI for the uses defined above, made directly by it or indirectly by any third party authorized by it. Consequently, I hereby declare that I waive any claim against QUINZE MAI, the broadcaster, and/or sponsor of the Recordings for any form of compensation, remuneration, or payment for my participation in the Recordings.
