Evelyne Kratz holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Burgundy and is certified in Medical Affairs. She has worked in the healthcare industry in both strategic and operational roles, serving healthcare professionals and contributing to the improvement of patient care pathways. Passionate about healthcare innovation and certified in digital marketing, Evelyne Kratz has been actively involved in the development of digital health since 2015, taking on roles in communication, marketing, event management, support, project development, and more (both in France and internationally). Dedicated to advancing and utilizing digital tools and solutions as a complement to medical practices, Evelyne Kratz is engaged in multiple initiatives to promote e-health. She is also the co-author of the white paper *"E-Health and Ecosystem Maturity in France: A Systemic Analysis of Market Segment Development in the 21st Century"* – December 2021 – published by Patient Numérique.
