A graduate of Paris-Sorbonne University and IESA Paris, Anne-Lise Soleil spent the first part of her career in the chemicals and automotive sectors, which allowed her to develop a deep expertise in analyzing, developing, and implementing communication strategies related to image, visibility, and reputational risks in high-stakes sectors with significant positioning challenges.
In 2016, she transitioned to the healthcare sector, which she is passionate about, as Director of Communications and Media Relations at Smith + Nephew. In this role, she was responsible not only for working on the company’s and its CEO’s positioning and image in the French market but also for collaborating with SNITEM, hospital groups, and health institutions to promote the medical device sector and its role in the transformation of the healthcare system.
With her in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and e-health ecosystem, she joined Philips France in 2023 as Director of Public Relations and Communications. There, she focuses on building a network of key stakeholders and leaders to emphasize the role of innovation in healthcare as a driver of system transformation, while also addressing the challenges of disseminating innovation and its social, societal, and environmental impacts in local communities.
